On the surface, my work is about making things look better — refining a brand, polishing a presentation, elevating the way you show up. But the truth is, it’s always been deeper than that. Like many of the clients I work with, I care about how I present myself — but I also care about meaning, connection, and growth. “The Art of Perfection” isn’t about being flawless. It’s about the never-ending pursuit of making things — a brand, a business, a life — feel intentional, aligned, and whole.
I’ve spent my life fine-tuning the external, not out of vanity, but out of a deeper desire for excellence and authenticity. And that’s what I bring to my clients: the ability to create something that looks amazing and feels like them. I’ll help you polish your brand, organize the messy parts, and bring out what makes you distinct — not just to impress, but to express who you really are. Inside and out.
I didn’t set out to work in real estate. With a degree in graphic design, I was headed toward a corporate path in operations—until a last-minute shift landed me in the marketing department of a boutique real estate firm. That one redirection changed everything. I finally got to activate the creative side of my brain and put my design skills to use. From those early days creating flyers and branding listings, I worked my way up to Marketing Director, later leading a team that supported over 2,000 agents across a major brokerage.
But even at the peak of that role, I knew something was missing. I craved the connection, the collaboration, the ability to go deep with agents—not just support them at scale, but partner with them one-on-one. That’s why I built Studio 23. It’s the studio I wish agents had access to when I worked behind the scenes—one that gets to the heart of who you are, helps you own your brand, and gives you the confidence to show up, stand out, and grow. Nearly two decades in, my mission remains the same: to help my clients market themselves with intention, elevate how they show up, and feel proud of the business they’re building.
Promoted to Marketing Director. I was leading strategy, building brands, and learning the ins and outs of real estate from the inside.
Got redirected—big time. A chance opportunity led me into a marketing role at a small real estate brokerage. It felt right to be able to use my design degree.
Climbed the corporate ladder in operations at Gap Inc. I was organized, ambitious, and well on my way... but something didn’t feel right.
Graduated from UCI with a degree in Studio Art and started my first creative business with a college friend—fittingly named Studio Art.
Today, I partner with agents, entrepreneurs, and service pros to craft branding and marketing that builds trust, elevates perception, and drives real results.
Recommitted to Studio 23. This time with clearer vision, sharper skills, and a drive to help agents grow beyond what they thought possible.
Returned to the corporate world. Took on a Marketing Director role at a top brokerage with thousands of agents and a large team under me. Big impact. Bigger lessons.
Launched Studio 23. Left the brokerage to go solo and bring high-level design and strategy to agents who wanted to stand out.
